Our BJJ programme is lead by  10th Planet Brown Belt Ryan Brinkley. The primary goal of our Grappling/NoGi BJJ programme is to learn and participate in NoGi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Helping you not only learn great BJJ, But improve your fitness and confidence at the same time.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu focuses on grappling and submission wrestling and our programme uses effective clinch, wrestling and submission techniques, integrating a range of styles, including BJJ, wrestling, judo and sambo.

NoGi means we train in a t-shirt or rash guard and shorts instead of the traditional Gi.

We are a beginner friendly club, which is accepting and encouraging of new practitioners. While we have a competition team, with many of our students and coaches regularly competing in regional and national competitions, this is by no means a requirement of training and we will work to support you in achieving your personal goals.
