StandStrong Academy is designed to make you feel as comfortable as possible when it comes to getting started as we know sometimes it can feel daunting. Our team helps members transform their lifestyle physically and mentally while encouraging community growth and a no-ego attitude.


Our coaching team have over 10 years experience working with people to transform their physical health and mindset, and in turn improve their wellbeing & lives.

Our 12-week strength and well-being programme is designed to support you in getting the results you desire for your total body health.

With a dedicated coach by your side every step of the way, you’ll have no choice but to succeed. We will not only support you with your physical health, but we will support you in strengthening your mindset when it comes to living a strong and healthy life.

We will be limiting it to 5 people across the 12-week programme to get the best results!
