Infants - aged 4 to 6

Our infants programme is designed for maximum fun, to keep your child engaged and attending the classes each week with high eergy and enthusiasm. You will feel proud as you watch your little one develop their ninja skills in

Infants - aged 11 to 15

The teenage years can be the most challenging for children and parents. With mood changes, peer pressure, and school pressures, it is no wonder there is much frustration, lack of motivation, and time-wasting.

Our youths programme is here to support you and your teenager, transferring all that frustration into invaluable skills to support them as they navigate high school.
Watch your teen transform as they become an empowered individual who can

Our mixed adult self defence and martial arts classes are here to support you build confidence, awareness, whilst learning great fundamental self defence and martial arts skills.

We know how the pressures of modern life can wear you down, put your health at the bottom of the pile, leave you detached and feeling unfit. We understand that finding a place to learn practical self defence skills is a minefield with many institutions looking as intimidating  as a real self defence situation.

With this in mind, we developed a programmed designed to teach you fundamental martial arts skills helping you build strength, flexibility, coordination and fitness and then teach you how to use these skills in a variety of real life self defence situation, giving you the confidence and peace of mind that you can look after yourself and your loved ones.

Our programmes and classes designed to cater for both beginners and for those with previous martial arts experience so there is something for everyone.
