Fitness can be overwhelming , riddled with fad diets and unrealistic ideas of what health looks like! We are here to change that for our community!

Our goal is to work with our members to create positive relationships with training, a positive mindset around health , and give you the tools to have a stronger and healthier life all round.

We will equip you with knowledge around nutrition, show you how to train effectively and safely, and support you as you navigate to find a new happier fulfilled you.

Wakey weighty Circuit training – our early morning programme is a great way to start your day. You will leave the class feeling ready to take on any challenges that come your way – energised and wide awake! They are a great mix of body weight, weights, and cardio based exercises, that are designed to help you kick start your day!

Power up Strength and conditioning – this programme has a focus on building strength and conditioning predominantly through the use of kettlebells.  Focusing on safe technique and form, we will help you build your total body strength. You will feel invincible, unstoppable, and empowered.

Hit it Pad fitness classes – all the benefits of training martial arts without the contact or pressure. This is a great way to blast off any stress you may have. Energise. And get ready to smash away the day. Leave the class feeling alive and pumped, and totally bad ass!

We promise you we will make sure you feel welcome and at ease from day 1. We will support you every step of the way, and we will always be cheering you on to succeed to STAND STRONG in life.
